Congrats to Rich Lau and Glenn Feigelman!

Rich was awarded his Brown Belt last night after many years of training with us. This promotion was definitely over due, but I am sure well worth the wait.

Next up we have Glen Feigelman who was awarded his Blue Belt. I'm not going to give his age away, but let's just say he puts all of these young guys to shame when it comes to cardio and consistency in training.

Well deserved promotion for both of these guys!
