James Gabert is still under the weather so class is canceled tonight. I'm sending out an e-mail too but please help spread the word. Have a great weekend and a Happy Thanksgiving if I don't talk to you.

P.S. Starting December 4th, the Friday Muay Thai class will be at 10:30 AM instead of 8:30 PM. Hope to see you there.
