I love when the instructors only let us use one hand or no hands or put tennis balls in our hands when we're rolling. I've only done it a handful of times but i think this is a great way to isolate other aspects such as hip movement or body positioning without the attacking grabbing features of the hands. Plus when you get to use them you realize how much your body can do on it's own. I know that this can't be done at every session but i'd love to maybe get some more chances for this. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the feedback Frisa. Doing drills that cause you to focus on different areas such as leg work, flexibility, hip movement, and sensitivity is one of the best ways to improve your game. I'll show you some other helpful drills at the academy!

I can't be trusted with tennis balls during training, i am trained in the art of projectiles and the tennis balls become weapons.
