DV this is for you because even you have to admit the iPad is the biggest waste of time and energy since the iCube. My buddy is a “Genius” at Apple (by title only) and he bought one which I played around with it yesterday which in turn infuriated me to the point that I had to start this rant thread.

And last but not least is that Apple is still attached to AT&T by the ball sack! NO you can’t choose from a list of wireless network providers to get your non 3gs iPad in.
(3gs will be available in a month)
This is just another example of why Apples aren’t as functional as people think. All of us IT guys know the day of unix and unix based OS’s bragging about their mother/kill/orphan service kernel structure is OVA!!!
But all in all I STILL want to see DV’s version of the MAC/PC commercial!!!

i was in then apple store the other day looking at the ipad and started talking to this random 12or 13 yr old kid about it...so i asked him wat he thought of it and i shit you not this little kid says, the ipad sucks its jsut a really expensive surface to blow lines off of...didnt see that one coming...

And not one of you PC guys talking all this crap probably own a Dell, HP, Compaq, etc... You build your own machines. Why? Because more than 90% of what the PC market puts out is CRAP!

You're beef with Apple isn't their products. Face it, they look gorgeous. They are well designed inside and out. The software is phenomenal. IT JUST WORKS AND WORK INCREDIBLY WELL! Name any PC that comes remotely close to what Apple has.

Windows OS sux, everything from 95' to 98' to ME to Vista, 7... XP was the only one that was rock solid, which is why you guys still use it. You guys are still dependent on XP, and OS from about 10 years ago??? Really? That's just silly.

And now all of a sudden Windows puts out these silly commercials about how "They listened". They had to listen because the PC community was pissed off with that pathetic attempt called Vista. All these years the huge success of Mac has left PC owners wondering, "Why can't my PC do that?" "Why do I have so many viruses?" Nonetheless, they never listened...

There is a reason why Windows is having this huge marketing push. Apple lit a fire under their ass!

The iPad may not have everything that people expected, but damn, it's amazing what they developed and designed. It's incredible. Nothing comes close to it.

PC's and windows don't have the BALLS or talent to do anything new. They're getting their asses kicked not just by Apple, even google is smacking them around. And what was their answer? 'BING'.... Bing??? Huh? All they could come up with is BING????

The only thing Microsoft is good for is the XBOX. Wait, shit, I just got the red ring of death, Way to go Microsoft...
