If you want to get your adrenalin pumping and really get some extra reps in try some of these:

Diecast – Nothing I could say
Diecast – Fade away
Lamb of God – Wrath Album
In Flames – Come Clarity Album, A Sense of Purpose Album and Soundtrack to your escape Album
KillSwitch Engage – As Daylight Dies Album
All that Remains – (anything they have out!)
Bullet for my Valentine - (anything they have out!)

A short list of what i listen to when i workout...
To each there own.

I like to rock out to the safety dance and everyone in my class seems to enjoy it as well.

In the weight room I like angry music: Rage Against the Machine, Eminem, Dragonforce (+1, TGS), but in jits (back when I was taking classes), I liked having less obtrusive tunes, since I wasn't trying to get pissed & bully my way through class. Andrew (our instructor) usually put on a mix CD of a bunch of 80s music (+1 PB) which got everyone nostalgic & laughing & loose enough to have a good time & work the techniques, not strength.
