You should not eat an hour and a half before class and even then it should not be a full meal. Maybe a piece of fruit, protein bar or an energy drink.

i like to mix 1 can of wild cherry pepsi and 1 can of mountain dew right before I train. I agree with the doritoes and ring dings but ring dings should only be eaten with nesquik.
