Serra BJJ is proud to host world-class kickboxer Alex Palma for a Kickboxing and MMA Striking seminar on Saturday, March 31st. This will be the second time that Alex is conducting a seminar at the Serra BJJ academy. In the first seminar, we had about 50 people in attendance, it was a huge success.

This seminar will be divided into two parts. The first will cover Muay Thai kickboxing, and the second will focus on striking for mixed martial arts. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from a world champion kickboxer.
