Last week, Matt Serra and I (Danny Valle) had the pleasure of visiting Ricardo Almeida at his school in Hamilton, New Jersey. Also in attendance were UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar, and Ultimate Fighter competitor Dante Rivera. Ricardo is a long time teammate and great friend to Matt and Nick Serra. We had an awesome training session, and I myself was very fortunate to work with some of the best MMA athletes the UFC has to offer.

We just wanted to wish Ricardo Almeida and Frankie Edgar all the best on their upcoming fights. Ricardo is set to face Matt Hughes on August 7th at UFC 117 and Frankie will defend his title against BJ Penn on August 28th at UFC 118.
