Once again the holiday season is upon us. Unfortunately most people completely give up on their health and fitness during the time between Thanksgiving and New Years. Then they make “New Year’s Resolutions” for their fitness and rarely follow through. I’m here to tell you that you can actually use this time to achieve combat fitness breakthroughs.
