New Advanced No-Gi Class!

Beginning Friday, January 2nd, there will be a new No Gi Advanced class for all you early birds! The class will be on Fridays at 8:15 AM with BillyHofacker at our East Meadow Academy.  Be sure to get your training on, it will be a great time slot for those who want to get there training in before the day begins.
